my day: flower girls
Ladies and gentlemen, meet my flower girls:

I freakin love the pictures of them! They are my cousins and were total rock stars. See for yourself:
The girls wore dresses from J. Crew and shoes of their choice. I bought them the headbands as gifts, also from J. Crew.
The church doesn’t allow petal tossing, which worked out because the girls were a little old for that. They each got a small bouquet and walked down the aisle after my bridesmaids. No tips on this one, just cute faces! And speaking of cute faces, our ring bearer was my cousin Allen (Katie’s brother). He held the ring in a little bag in his pocket and walked up with the other groomsmen. I have this awesome shot from the ceremony video showing him checking out the rings in his jacket while standing up there. Hilarious!

You are precious. It is one thing to have had the pleasure of being at the ceremony and all the joy that was felt that day. It is just an added treat to read your postings of that day. It brings me back. I think of you kids every day and I miss you both.
