i heart chalkboard paint
So, new-place-to-live hunting was not very successful this weekend. We pretty much ended up where we were the week before. We have one front runner and one that looks great on paper but we haven’t been able to get in to see it yet. Hopefully that will happen this week. In the meantime I have been blog stalking and found a fun project that gave an old fridge some new life. The front runner place will require us buying a fridge… and since we are trying to save money I am thinking we will buy used… which probably means ugly. This could solve that:

wow, think i just found a project i want to do! we have a nice fridge inside but an old basic one in the garage for all of our “extras” what a fun thing we could do with that outside!
That is such a cute idea! When we went fridge shopping 2 years ago, I really wanted one with side by side doors, but on our budget we were shopping at the Sears Outlet and all the side by sides had so many scratches that we ended up just getting a standard one. But if I would have known about this project, who cares about some scratches, I could have covered them!
very cool! I always wonder if it stirs up a lot of excess dust though? I’ve always wanted to have a chalkboard wall of some sort in my house.
What a great idea!
what a cool idea — especially if you have kids!
Beyond cute! I’ve always wanted to do something similar. One day I shall own my own fridge!!
