You know I love me some billy balls. And some pink for that matter. As you can see here.  So naturally I was 100% drawn to this image, seen over at Once Wed.

And the winner was….

The green one!  I wore it to work today with my black pencil skirt and peep toes… loved it!  Also, I am not pregnant but if I was, these are the first two things I would buy for the nursery. Which, if I were pregnant right now, would be the office… hmm…

Since my lovely friend is getting engaged soon, I have taken it upon myself to plan the extravaganza (obviously).  I think something like this dress would work splendidly.

Who says you can’t have party decorations in your cubicle?

My parents got me a new 50mm compact-macro lens for my birthday.  I gave it a test run, and I think I am in love.

I have 2 gift cards to Anthro…. I can choose 1 item…

Sometimes I feel weird decorating for (and planning for that matter) my own birthday parties… but I love doing it, so whatever. One day my kids will have the most amazing DIY parties… one day.

I took the theme from my invites and spent a Friday night at my sewing machine. Just me and the crepe paper thanks to an away Lacrosse game that kept Bryan out most of the night.

(those chairs aren’t normally there… it was just for the party. Which reminds me, I still need to do a little home tour…)

That is all I can think of when I see this venue…  just breathe in the beauty, the simplicity.
