dude
(Bryan hates it when I use the word dude. I say, you try living in San Clemente for 15 years and not having it be a part of your vocabulary. I reserve it for times like these.)
Dude. I made bread, people. Bread! It didn’t come out as perfect in shape and texture as the pictures from the recipe, but Bryan finished off one loaf with dinner and almost snuck the other one in bed with him. I am going to say it was a success. The recipe was pretty easy to follow, all you need is time (I stayed home sick today which meant I got to watch Friends while the dough rested.)

Ha, totally know what you mean about the “dude” in the vocabulary. My ex-boyfriend was from “Nor-Cal” and always used to say “hella” it drove me CRAZY!!
dang girl…the bread looks great! Made these this weekend…http://mycakies.blogspot.com/2010/03/diy-cupcake-in-jar.html, (is it kosher to copy and paste someone else’s website?) either way I had a ton of fun making these, thought I’d share. As a newly engaged gal, your website has been essential. Thanks!
Aww – NY’ers just don’t understand how great the word “dude” can be when trying to express one self =) Congrats on the beautiful bread!!
I have no excuse for using the word dude but my husband also hates it for some reason! Way to go on the bread, that is waaay beyond me!
Dude. (I’m from Texas and that’s definitely part of my vocab; maybe because of the cowboys?)
That bread looks delicious. I LOVE making bread. And I’ll probably have to try this recipe now. Mmmm, bread.
